Thank you Southsiders!!!!

Once again we gave our all to bless over 200 children and parents from our community. It was so wonderful to see everyone from Southside, young and old(er), working together, it really was all hands on deck!!! I know it’s a lot of work and I so appreciate the part that each one played, we really could not have done it without each one in their place!! Together we preached the gospel and loved the people.
The community’s response to us is so beautiful it’s humbling, even before the event people were excited; I had people actually asking me for fliers instead of me having to chase them down the street, a family of non-Christians who had never been to our church before spent the afternoon practicing an item to perform. On the night many parents were touched as they read our testimony booklets seated in the beautiful haven that is the Ma’s and Pa’s Café, some even asking Froly for extra copies to hand out to their friends!! The kid’s games and activities were fantastic and the food awesome and plentiful!
I heard so many good reports on the night and over this week from parents who so appreciated our party, saying their children were telling friends how great it was. A lady whose church had previously run Light parties said she couldn’t believe how well ours was run and commented on our amazing teamwork.
What an incredible church, it’s such a privilege to serve Jesus alongside you.
