BUT NOW

‘When you were slaves to sin, you were free from the control of righteousness. What thinks benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of. Those things result in death Romans 6:21-22

Ultimately there are only 2 ways. There are no shades of grey only black and white. Total contradictions and contrasts. Both lead to totally different destinations. 2 masters God or sin.

Build your life on the rock (Christ) or sand. Serve God or money. The narrow way and narrow gate which leads to life, or the broad way and gate which leads to destruction. Life or death. One of 2 ways, and either leads to profit or to a loss. We are always slaves either slaves to sin or slaves to God. We are always confronted with this choice. Who am I serving? One of these 2. There is an inevitable hangover with sin. Be sure your sins will find you out. It always has a pay day. The wages of sin is death in a spiritual sense. –spending eternity outside of God.

V22 continues “but NOW we have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God.

Powerful words BUT NOW. You have given your life to Christ it’s BUT NOW for you. Do you believe it?
