‘Your favor wraps around each one and covers them. Under your canopy of kindness and joy. Psalm 5:12

Passion translation

I love this verse and particular translation especially for this season. Gods favor doesn’t rest on everyone the same. We have to develop a level of expectancy every day in our hearts. We have to be honest before the Lord as well and admit that many times we don’t really have any expectancy of Gods favor upon us each day. Ask yourself each morning, Lord, do I have an expectancy of seeing your favor today in my family, my home, my job, in my finances, in my circumstances and what I’m really struggling with.
