THE FATHERS LOVE

"No, the father loves you because you have love me and have believed i came from the father

This is a stunning verse; you can hardly take it in. Because we love Jesus, the Father loves us as he loves His own son. The son loves his son perfectly. His eyes are never off His son, and so that is how he loves us. That is mind-boggling to me. This has got nothing to do with our feelings. It's an actual reality and fact whether we feel His love or not. It doesn’t change the reality. A this very moment, He loves us perfectly. We can do nothing to make Him love us more than at the present moment. When we come before Him, it doesn’t matter whether we feel that love or not. Whether we access Him by faith or our feelings is not relevant. One is not better than the other. Sometimes we feel His presence, sometimes we don’t, we access the truth that he loves me by faith. Most times, we just come before Him and make ourselves available and simply surrender our heart to Him and say I’m here in your presence, Lord. It’s not trying to go through a set of hoops to try and get into His presence or somehow earn His love. We cannot earn His love because He already loves us perfectly.
