Chuck Missler in his series in Genesis talks about the scientific law of entropy which basically means that everything in the natural world goes from order to chaos which is the biblical world view. Evolutionists and atheists believe the opposite. It’s that as humans we are evolving into something better and are heading into a new utopia and world order here on earth.
The law of entropy states the world had a beginning and will have an end. God in creation created the heavens and the earth and it was good and in perfect order. When Adam and Eve sinned chaos entered. Death and sin entered. Everything in this world has been dying ever since and it is heading to an end. When man rejects God, it enters into more chaos. The only thing that preserves this world from total collapse is Gods people and His Spirit in the earth, through those who love and worship the creator. There are hundreds of scriptures about the end of this world and new heavens and new earth.
“But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar, the elements will be destroyed by fire and the earth and everything in will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way what kind of people ought you to be. You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of the lord and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire and the elements will melt in the heat. But in keeping with his promise, we are looking forward to a new heaven and new earth, the home of righteousness” 2 peter 3:10-13.
Remember this is not our home. We are just passing through as we love and keep our eyes on Jesus. Serve Him, pursue Him. Love Him. Surrender your life to Him.
