TRUST AND LETTING GO

I listen to a podcast last week from a Pastor about the corona virus. He said something that struck a cord with me and what he said was that what this lock down is revealing in our hearts is who is in control. The biggest fear that grips people is that they are no longer in control of their lives in so many areas, from where they can go what they can do, fiances jobs for many. Future plans, even day to day routines. And so on and so on. It’s a very real feeling and it does produce real fear even panic and stress for many people. We are no longer in control. You think even of church. All control structures have been demolished. As believers we have to come back to that simple trust that God is in control. Where is our faith, who is our faith and trust ultimately in? We are yet to see the full effects of all this on peoples lives as we come out of it of this season.
