His kindness

‘Who can speak and have it happen if the Lord has not decreed it. Is it not from the mouth of the most high that both calamities and good things come” Lamentations 3:27

Atheists and those who don’t believe in God love these times to point there finger at God and believer’s and say, How can a loving God allow this to happen. Accusing him and those who believe in him. In actual fact I think it’s the opposite. Its Gods kindness to us to get our attention. The incredible question is not that God allows these things to happen, but that God doesn’t allow things to get worse. Every day the acts of rebellion and sin against God in the earth are evident and mind bending. The marvel is Gods mercy that he doesn’t end the whole show right now.

2 Peter 3:9 He’s not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance’ and then he launches into the coming of the Lord.

God works according to 2 clear principles.

‘Working all things together according to the conformity of his will Ephesians 1:11 and secondly he works all things together for the good of those who love God Romans 8:28. All things is all things in this universe. He does not distance himself from what’s happening. He uses everything to bring everything into the submission of his will. Remember he created time so he is outside time so he sees the beginning to the end

Do we understand it all. Very, very little actually but we are called to trust Him
